Roasted Cauliflower with Five-Spice

I love roasted vegetables! When vegetables are roasted, their flavor is more pronounced then compare to blanching them. Especially roasted cauliflower, not only is the flavor better, but the golden-brown roasted color is a beautiful sight to see.

What is Chinese Five-Spice? It is typically a mixture of star anise, fennel, Sichuan peppercorns, clove, and cinnamon. For this recipe, I used a spice bag, which consist of cinnamon, fennel, ginger, cumin, and clove. It is the same spice bag of which I previously posted on my blog.
