Pork Wonton in Chili Oil Sauce

I remember when my father, Jerry told me to stop what I was doing at that time, and eat his version of Hong You Chao Sou with our family’s sesame sauce.  I was blown away!! I felt when eating the bowl of wontons, I was hugging a warm woman.

I don’t know if our friends at the Smorgasburg feel the same way when they are eating it as well.

I just want to give a big Shout-Out to Brooklyn and our Shorty Tang & Sons’ fans for their love of our story, and support of good Chinese food. See you next year!!!
