Snow Peas in Chili-Scallion Sauce

I know that Chinese food receives a bad rap because it is not known for its colorful presentation on the plate. So, I’m always trying to find ways to make a singular dish to taste and look great, where people can say, “Hey, it’s Chinese food, and I can make that too at home!”

Treat the chili-scallion sauce as condiment to poultry, fish, or meats. Basically, it is a poor-man’s salsa verde.
